Mind Body Kinetics has always been extensively service oriented for their clients. Personal attention in coaching and training have always been a huge part of their success and yours. New to Mind Body Kinetics is the availability of memberships for greater flexibility and convenience for use of more traditional gym equipment such as Techno Gym's treadmills, elipticals with personal television monitors, weight training, TRX Suspension Training system, as well as yoga and Pilates classes.
There is no enrollment fee and Mind Body Kinetics is offering discounts for the first 150 new members.
Mind Body Kinetics isn't interested in following the latest craze in workouts. Come see what has been created with clients in mind to help them meet their wellness goals. They want to see their clients succeed and excel, not just "sign up".
Gym Hours:
Monday- Friday from 5am to 9pm, Saturdays from 7am to 7pm, and Sundays from noon to 6pm.
Front Desk Hours:
Monday- Friday from 9am to 6pm, Saturdays from noon to 6pm, and Sundays from noon to 4pm.
